You can contact Lumé by phone or email. Tell us if you need accessible information, an interpreter, an advocate or another person involved. You may provide as much detail as you are comfortable sharing.
What happens next
- We listen and take any immediate safety steps.
- We acknowledge and record the concern.
- We check for conflicts and investigate fairly.
- We communicate the outcome and any corrective action.
- We review what can be learned and improved.
Privacy will be respected, and information will be shared only as needed to handle the matter or meet safety and legal responsibilities.
